Our leader

Christophe Pulizzi, chef of the L'Olivier restaurant, Maître Restaurateur. At just 25 years old, he took office on October 3, 2022.

He bets on cuisine crafted like in a gourmet restaurant (mixture of flavors, several dishes, food and wine pairings), but at affordable prices. The goal is to introduce new flavors to its customers and surprise them; it centers its offering around a blind menu .

He wants to discover his gastronomic world through a unique culinary journey .
